As 2012 is coming to a close I'm beginning to look back on all the good times, and the bad. These are all the clips I could sum up from the year where something went wrong and someone ended up taking a face full of dirt (or cement). I had over 50 clips to put in this video and I can't tell if thats a good thing or a bad thing. Luckily, nothing too serious went down in any of these clips. Enjoy!

My goal was to ride every day this break, and up until Friday I managed to do so. I feel these are the best clips I got over the two week span and I hope it comes out well. My riding daily came to an end with a crash that left me with a broken wrist. I'll be out for about two months and I can't wait to get back on my bike. Thanks to Cameron for letting me use his computer. I went HamLikeCam.

Had super amazing day riding in Aston Hill Bike Park. Was super slippery due to weather conditions - only properly rideable track was Surface To Air, but we tried few other tracks as well. In the end I did have enough speed and clipped the start of landing area with my rear wheel. Rear wheel did not get the grip back on time and I lost the control. Crash really hard, wast able to ride after

Stopped to fix a puncture nr the top of Pleney & spotted Minnaar have a little break then head off into the woods down a trail we hadn`t seen before, which prompted a bit of exploring. Glad we did as it was a fun little detour, popping back out at the top of the 10%. Bloody instant puncture patch gave up the ghost half way down. Serves me right for half assing the job I suppose.

mi form the flat sandcoast of Belgium felt bad of not doin what i like and stayin home. finaly i did a trip. and it was super to ride these freeride trails. this is what i like and finaly i felt good. now back home that sucks. it changed my vision on freeride, respect. reality is hard so is dirt. lol i Always want to go further still i am afraid also because i am not the clearest of visions

Kieran is my good friend, a 19 year old enduro racer. In 2013 he had a bad crash rupturing a kidney etc. He got back into racing not long after but in October last year his bike was stolen by some low life asshole. Recently he has gotten a new Kona Process, getting into the enduro scene and is pretty damn good at it. I stayed at his in Wollongong last weekend to film for this video. Enjoy!!

Fun time riding, but unfortunate racing. Missed my start time by 40 seconds. I was slotted in between 2 riders which put me 1:30 later than my actual start time. When I came through the finish line I looked back to see my time of 5:34 on the screen. I was told my time started when my actual start time passed. My real time of a 4:04 would have placed me 1st in my class CAT 1 18 & Under.

Sugar & Sweet One: Sun Peaks Bike Park

Sugar to Sweet One is a classic lap at Sun Peaks. Once a north shore styled, stunt riddled piece of single track, the trail was closed for logging for a few years to control the effects of Interior BC's notorious bark beetles. Now that Sweet One is complete, the lap is back with a more modern style. Trail Crew show us that sometimes a flow trail and technical trail can be one in the same. Enjoy!

Two Wander Yonder Flinders Bikepack

Two Wander Yonder to the outback for a night. We set off for Alligator gorge for a one night bike packing adventure. Our plans had to change when we found out that we couldn't camp in the national park, so we ended up having to climb back out from the gorge adding 200+ meters of climbing to the first day. We also ran out of water once we got to the gorge as the taps marked on the map were dry.

On the side of a rail trail near my home there used to be a great jump track, however the majority of the track was destroyed when an array of solar panels was installed. There is now only a single line of two jumps with a bank turn at he end which sends you back to the dirt mound which you begin on. If you continue over the dirt mound there is a bank turn which is cut off by the array. I am showing how disappointing the destruction of the track was.

It’s been a year since I started dreaming about this epic trip. And last weekend I made it! I crossed the Vercors in 2 days and a half (from Grenoble to Die in France), with my bike, my backpack and my eyes wide opened! This limestone mountain displayed some precious and fabulous landscapes. I tried to bring back through this little self-edit a spark of this absolute dream! I hope this one will give you the extra motivation to follow yours!

Although I've never ridden outside the UK that hasn't stopped me finding adventure in my back garden - but I've certainly long dreamt of visiting the fjords and mountains of Norway too! My video shows me riding in various places in the last few months across the highlands and lowlands of Scotland, through all weathers - from my local hills above the city of Edinburgh to the weather battered expanse of mountains around Torridon. I love both exploring and filmmaking and I've found that this goes hand in hand with mountain biking. I'm a keen rider and I love the challenge of adventure!

Jaime and I were out riding in the snow and muck here in Squamish in the same area I was riding the E-Bike a few weeks back so I thought why not do a side by side comparison? The conditions were not quit the same as you will see. On the flat spots of this trail the E-Bike was faster because of the motor. Very little input to the pedals and the e-bike it takes off like a rabbit.
